I had a weird dream last night.
I dreamt that I was a terrorist sniper.
I distinctively remember shooting one SWAT team fella at long range from some building.

that's unlikely to happen in real life. your rifle will probably jam or the round will explode in the chamber

o.Omine was outright disturbing... i was entering a room with a huge jacuzzi with a guy (i can't see the face) when ex hubby's aunt appear and preach to me >.< i was like, now u talk to me for fuck?! go preach to ur nephew who just walk out on me!!!

I actually dreamt of Bear and av last night.
We were on some adventure, running away from evil dinosaurs! At one stage, we managed to run into some military zone where they quickly let us on board what I thought was a submarine, but it went underwater for a while, then transformed into a helicopter, and zoomed out of the water! We flew over the land, seeing vast destruction, then we flew past the area where the dinosaurs were. They caught sight of us (somehow, the three of us were their targets! ) and to our horror, they ran after the helicopter and tried to jump up to get at us! 
One of them managed to get their claws onto the floor of the helicopter, then another dino... then a third, then the pilots went, "Mayday! Mayday!!" and I looked at the two of them in sheer horror and I thought, this is it, I'm going to die!!...... and then I woke up!
Siiiigh... this afternoon, I'm going to see the doc re. my EEG test results. Hopefully, there'll be a proper diagnosis esp since I wasn't able to sleep during the sleep study!

I think I've figured out how that dream happened.
Lately I've been reading a book about the terrorist takeover of the Grand Mosque in Mecca in 1979. Heck, I was reading it just before going to bed last night.
There was one part where terrorist snipers took up positions in the minarets and picked off Saudi soldiers who tried to storm the mosque.

If you have a lot of vivid dreams that you can recall the next day, it means that you're not having enough REM (deep sleep) in your sleep cycle. That inevitably means your quality of sleep can be pretty bad.

I used to be that way too. When I was in JC, I'd be exhausted, and my head will hit the pillow and I'll immediately sleep deeply. Such bliss!
I've got severe sleep apnoea. My Sleepiness Score was 23/24.
I have fallen asleep mid-sentence, and also in the middle of writing, with my pen still moving across the page in ziggles... -
