  actually our FM is very good. problem is, he 1 person have to serve an entire division of 300+ officers.

  haiz.. that's "right-sizing"

  we have a pile of FMs.. most are useless.. so once we get one which is good, we ask him to come fix our stuff, and then we ply him with food and drinks whenever he comes so he helps us a lot

  its quite sad really. one of them was telling me that my branch was so nice to him compared to the others who don't even acknowledge his presence sometimes. i.e. we're nice, understanding, don't yell, and even ply him with food and drinks including inviting him for our office CNY celebrations

  didn't you go for the mizuno wave run in kl on the same day I did the new balance x-trail run ? ....
