cookie's getting a carrot top ... patches' getting a piece of boiled chicken from last night with her kibbles ....

Why do you juice the carrot? Isn't it healthier eating the carrot by itself? In that case, you get the fibre too....

not sure why they want you to eat banana. it's high in sugars and calories (for a fruit). in most diets, they cut out bananas initially loh. you're better off eating say...an apple for breakfast and whatever you want for the rest of the day....

btw.. the stupid "banana diet" which doesn't work is supposed to be:
you eat a banana and drink a hugeass glass of warm water in the morning..
not with bacon and lots of other things
