I use an el cheapo $66 SE phone.
I figure that since I only use the voice call and messaging functions 99% of the time, I don't see the need for all the bells and whistles like MP3 player, camera, etc.
It's been a few months since I got it.... and I still don't miss the bells and whistles.

Actually I wonder what is the cheapest phone on the market with a simple cameraI can live without the bells and whistles but I need a basic camera at least coz it's so helpful

Try one of those SE shops with bargain phones.
Think the cheapest would be around $120.

i-mobile < thai phone manufacturer
got english, my colleagues bought this really tiny phone which can blast MP3s for $110-140.
check out the dimensions
90 x 35 x 17.8 mm
china phones, me have one colleague specialise in buying china phones... no problems leh. but he changes the phones so often, probably more than he changes underwear.

but my thai friends rather buy motorola, SE, nokia...
thai /china phones are for work or whatever. so when it breaks when u drop it or when u lose it, u won't feel so heart pain.
i think i-mobile even sells a dual sim card phone.
