part 2 of why the bloody DVDs we duplicated didn't work...
the assholes who run the tech side somehow disabled the PCs with DVD/CD-R drives..
the PCs have a windoze media player which will not read movie DVDs.. and the drives will not be able to write a CD...
i don't know wtf the assholes are doing, but i think it's outright insane..

we never had DVD drives.. the idiots used VCDs.. looks like crap...we see the new computers coming in with the DVD/CDR combo drives so we sent everyone DVDs and VCDs, advising them to use the DVDs as VCDs look like shit...
that's when we found out more and more of the stupid IT policies..
anyway, all has been solved by me ripping an unreasonably high bitrate wmv for them.. 5 minute video = 265MB
told them to dump that in the HDD and play from there.. i don't think the people can screw that up

it's lightweight, barebones, and rips ... I designed the thing to address security issues for mobile devices' embedded applications interfacing with web based resources.
started out as a sort of a sandbox plug-in for something else that i'm doing ... but morphed into an interesting side project.

rem tis morn i mentioned abt covering backside and shooting client? client say got discrepancies betwn our consolidated invoice (in pdf) and excel file... they even gave me a table which shows the difference in amt... BUT tat's not the excel sheet i gave...
i checked my SENT email which contains both pdf and excel, it tally!!! i have to check thru THEIR table which have errors...
now they come back saying they nvr change anything, so is the pdf correct or excel file correct... WTF???!!!!!
