my last day at work without the lunatic.. she's supposed to be on medical leave until 27th and i think she'll have to go see her shri.. uhh.. doctor the day before...
but she's coming back on 24th.. that's against all regulations... and i don't know why the Dy Dir is letting her appear in the office.. if anything happens, the lunatic will not be covered, the insurance will not cover her, and the Dy Dir will be in trouble...

I use APA referencing... that was the standard I was taught.

people would think the lunatic boss is like that because of impending empty nest syndrome because her son is getting married soon.. (we found out because she cannot attend some exercise in futility which she loves going so much but insists she doesn't)
but.. according to her ex-karkias, she's been like that throughout the years...
so.. maybe pity her.. i kinda pity her because i save my pity for retards..

actually nothing wrong with it, just that I haven't used it for so many years .. now its a chore to do referencing the harvard way ..

Oh yeah.... APA was the standard taught to Engin students.... Arts and Science use Harvard, if I'm not wrong.
Once I was taking an Arts module.... the lecturer scolded me for using APA referencing in my term paper and insisted that I change it to Harvard referencing.
I argued with her that she didn't state what kind of referencing to use, and that APA was the standard taught to Engin students. I even gave her the name of the lecturer who taught us APA referencing and told her to take up the issue with him if she wasn't happy.....
Finally she accepted my argument and took my term paper.

I think the most important thing is to have some sort of referencing ... its not so important which type of referencing to use..
