eat a huge variety of stuff in moderate amounts, but more weighted towards dark green leafy vegetables and brightly coloured fruit..quit smoking, do your moderate exercises, drink moderately on occasions.. you'll be fine

sad to say, there are religious bigots out there who believe that only people suscribing to the same religion deserve help. and there are such examples from all the major organised religions.

my friend can't even get more than $1K a month (not his pay, its for relief missions) from his church for his organisation!
and its not those neighbourhood churches!
he needed funds to build a building to house children that he will pull out of child prostitution and the church even had the cheek to tell him they will buy the land, his organisation has to build the building and maintain it. best part is that the project will be advertised as the church's project.
my friend chose to take the 1K / month and not to proceed with the land deal
