  nah.. he's been here for ages.. maybe even brought up here... i think he's Singaporean but i didn't ask..

  he was talking sense... why should so many agencies do a whole lot of stuff by themselves when they can all pool together and go with one giant event and share the costs?

  frankly, i don't care anymore if she screws it up..

  i've entered the zone of "don't care, don't give a shit"

  i find that once i adopted that attitude, my blood pressure dropped significantly

  oh i adopted that stance some time back. just do as the boss says...then when it blows up...it was his problem.

  true. i'm lucky in the sense that things have improved significantly since then (think it was about 2 years back) after boss got talked down. anyway, you still in the office? am gonna be stuck here for a bit coz it's pouring outside and traffic is a mess outside.

  Yeah I'm still in the office. Lots of stuff to do.

  Ya some bosses will go to the extend to say that you did not highlight the problem or danger points to them and since you knew about it, and did nothing, it's your fault since they hired you as an executive to make sure things run smoothly and ok
