I have worked with a lot of bangalas and indians. I seriously think they are OK and maybe because of thier culture. Anyway there are always some black sheep in a community, so protect yourself. Talk to your boss to see if he can get a partner to work together with you.
Although it cost more to house them in a proper dorm, i'm for it. Recently there was a case near my house where a lady was molested by a drunk foreign worker one night. So whenever my daughter comes home late, I'll always wait at the MRT to walk her home

Oh I know that is why I'm very careful. I always lock the door when I'm alone in the officeUsually if I have to stay really late, I will make HM to stay back with me so that he can walk me to the MRT
The banglas still not so bad. It's the Africans that I'm worried about
KNS the last time only 9 plus nia I walk pass them they make so much noise. Heng that time not so late and a lot of people around still.

but here's the thing that disqualified him and made him look like the unsavory character he was.. he was 42 years old...
