Avoid all food with MSG because I find that MSG just makes it worse!!!!!

For me, it's that stupid tick....
Unfortunately for eczema/dermatitis, once it started, you will just have to deal with it.

I recovered from my bad rash when I was in Sec schoolTook me a year and 5 yrs to fully recover
I had to go to my doc for monthly shots followed by quarterly than yearly shots
And after that I just recovered :x
I think that shot was like 100 plus per shot leh. Dunno what it is also.
