Tried to get back to sleep, but my brain got into a no-man's land of being neither truly awake nor truly asleep.
At 7.15, I gave up and got out of bed.

that being said, I find it hard to have any sympathy for people who can afford to buy their own music but choose to illegally download practically their entire music collection(and more). and there are lots of such people around. not everyone who is being sued is a victim. -
