Siiiigh... I soooo love my aquarium! The residents seem so happy and everyone seems to be thriving. There are lots of hiding places for them so they must be pleased with their home.
So far, when I vacuumed the gravel a few days ago, only one casualty noted - one of the red whatever snails died. And all the residents were very polite... no one cannibalised it. It just remained motionless at the end of the driftwood and I left it there for two days before deciding that it really IS dead and not just taking a long break.
I hope the newborn shrimp is thriving too. I haven't spotted it since...
hello everybody...
i had the yuckiest mee rebus just now..:(

LF, where did you go for mee rebus? And how did cheesecake go?
Oooh! Lovely! Hope the babies are thriving! ![]()
I know it sounds strange, but I love to think of my aquarium as a community centre or a recreation centre.
I love to watch the residents going about their funny business. The snail just made me laugh out loud because it was just suspended in the water, like some kinda strange spaceship hovering in mid-air! ![]()
hi cassie, i din do the cheesecake cos when i surf the net, i found that i missed out many ingredients..hahaha
mee rebus is one "temp set up no licence" stall downstairs of my flat..
no taste one..!

Just got back from jogging. ![]()
ECP tonight was crowded as hell.... I had to keep swerving in and out of the human traffic and constantly be on 'evasive action' mode.
That was not an enjoyable run..... jogging is supposed to be a time for my brain to simply 'switch off' and let my body simply go on 'autopilot' mode.

It's as though every single Malay family goes camping at ECP every time Chinese New Year comes.
They were everywhere..... at the BBQ pits, all the grass patches..... even under the overhead pedestrian bridge linking ECP to Marine Parade!

Think about it, there aren't too many places one can go to in Singapore to rest and relax and inevitably, wherever you're thinking of going, hundreds of others would have had the same idea too. ![]()

Nowadays, I try my very best to stay away from the town area during weekends and public holidays.
Even neighbourhood shopping centers are a kind of a no-go zone for me unless if I really have to go.
