me too. but occasionally (and most times it's coz i'm not in the office), i get one for brekkie. been pretty good with just a cup a day. -
i take 1 coffee a day when i work... if not engine cannot start hahahahahaaa

I drink one cup in the morning to start engine, another in the afternoon to keep engine running, and one last cup in the evening to keep from falling asleep after dinner. I'm doomed.

i'm a survivor of 8 cups during morning shifts in order to not lapse into a coma...
and i still sleep on the bus on the way home...
i need coffee now.. but the closest place which flogs the stuff brews crappy coffee

used to drink too much coffee until heart beats way too fast... so i restrict myself to 1 coffee a day... tat's also why my engine stops after lunch hehheheee -

i normally drink 1 cup per day. after lunch. morning with or without coffee, I'm zoned out. I just had 1 cup, had it non-kao to reduce caffeine intake

How do you folks take your coffee?
I take it with milk and sugar, which totally reduces its slimming abilities. And I dont take it often, maybe once a week.
