i take it with milk only ... prefer fresh milk to creamer ...
no sugar for me ...
noooo coffeeeeeee
Pure black coffee can slim a person down if one is on a diet.
Using the grounds that was leftover after a coffee brewing, use it to scrub your body will reduce the appearance of cellulites.

i think that's supposed to be consumed pre-workout - increases fat burn. doesn't work for me coz i can't take anything but H20 pre-workout lest i puke.

my first visit to china was traumatic because there was no coffee other than the hotel cafe ![]()

I take it with milk and sugar, which totally reduces its slimming abilities. And I dont take it often, maybe once a week.
brown sugar and non-diary creamer or soy milk

first visit mah, and it was in guangzhou. other than the hotel cafes, very few places offering coffee. and the coffee there was pretty expensive, total contrast to the food, which was really really cheap.
Come to think of it.
I went stay at hotels and motels in USA and never touched their coffee.
Those free packets, stay in the basket and I never borther to collect or bring them along.
Its harder to collect match boxes though, hotels now have no smoking policies.
Hmmm...i forgot to mention i got a USD20 starbucks card for christmas.
Been buying only their hot mexican cocoa with it and maybe a mini vanilla bean stollen.
Maybe I really should try the coffee to find out why its so special.
I got the Pikes Place Market Starbucks mugs and container though.

I always drink those free packets first thing in the morning before heading off for breakfast.

nope, it was tea everywhere! the situation has improved since though. but you won't get cheap coffee at kopitiam prices in china, you have to pay starbucks type prices or more.
haha. i remember when i went to Guangzhou. my distant relatives brought us out for dinner. and i was so traumatized by the caged civet cats and porcupines or whatever...and we had various types of worms and stuff as well as a bunch of seafood...
i remember eating some fat long rubbery worm. tasted pretty good actually. too bad this was sooo long ago...and i don't really think i'll be going back to GZ any time within the next 5 years...

ar yes....the days of restocking office pantries.
I like those big big square tins of chocolate wafer rolls. a tin of soda crackers for the old folks who dont like new fancy stuffs.
Then proper coffee machine with packet sugar, creamer & cups with saucers.
In the fridge will be fresh milk, whipped cream, plenty of ice creams, a bottle of bailey irish cream in the freezer and plenty of ice.
Cheese might be good, but sure wont last the day with plenty of hungry collegues around.
Bro in law likes coffee, and its always safer to order him a cuppupcino since some places that sells coffee are selling inked water instead.
And statistic mentioned during a duck tour. That the most coffee sold in USA is from Dunkin Donuts. Not starbucks.
