Well....erhem.....not really true.
I remember pageant days where guys do stuff their swim trunks with panty hose, and those with real package and the hairs sticking out of the trunk materials.
They were ordered to shave down there after one heats and the judges was horrified at the hair..... Brazilian waxes was not available then.

look, that's an old wive's tale. what happens is that weight training makes the muscles bigger but does nothing for the package. so if one puts on a lot of muscle the package looks proportionately smaller to the rest of the body!but in the cases of steroid abusers then yes, funny things might happen to the package.

he meant those hardcore ones tat takes all sort of funny supplements and wat's not... he himself is an athelete lah (minus the stuffs)... -

in bad years they will claim that they need to save up/ cut cost to cope.
when it's picking up, they will say not in the clear
