1. If foreigner (a UK guy) resigned from company, cancelled his work permit, how long can he stay in Singapore?
2. If a singaporean go reservist, he said he only received a Cpl Rank pay (ie about S$100plus), does the company he work for still pay him full pay...and then company go refund from CPF? if yes, how to go about for the refund?

1. cancel work permit get normal tourist pass .. if i am not wrong, should be 14 days.
2. singaporean go reservist, NS pays full amount of his salary. Company can login to NS portal to claim from the government his pay for the period of reservist ..

tourist visa...depends on his country of origin - thought some are longer than 14 days? not sure if he needs to get outta spore first then come back on tourist visa. bear around? -
