well .. i guess it works differently for people .. for me alcohol makes me sleepy. Any amount of alcohol .. perhaps the chocolate will counter the alcohol effect and don't make me sleepy?

I test pH, ammonia and NitrateUsually I don't test that frequently and go by gut feel unless I think there is something seriously wrong with the water
Dunno how to tell you leh....by the smell of the water I can tell if things will start to go wrong if I don't do something
