  I have all these huge glass panels around and people are rikes cupping the glass and looking in.

  No pay leave and suspension from job is different things leh. It's very common for ppl to take no pay leave especially if they finish using up their paid leave.

  I agree. Its very common for people to take no pay leave after they have finished utilising their paid leave ..

  one of the fellas in the office is livid..

  his car just got smashed by the crash-barrier thing at the carpark which is giving a lot of people grief.. and smashed a few cars already..

  thing is, it seems to get the impatient drivers 

  sorry to say but i don't pity them.. they don't wait, they don't follow the instructions of "no tailgating" and take these things lightly
