They were already kaput when the CAD investigated them.
Now they're really, really kaput, officially facing multiple charges of fraud. $600K in bail has been set for each of the higher-ups.
And to add insult to injury, their Warren Buffet-wannabe is also facing a charge of pr0n possession.

They just don't actively seek it out, but if your machine is seized for other reasons (drug raid, commercial crimes, cyber crime) and they find the stash...

Technically.... yes.
However, no one has ever had their homes raided for pr0n possession per se. Usually this charge comes up if the cops barge in and raid your home for some other unrelated reason. Then the charge of pr0n possession gets tacked on to whatever other charges you're facing.
Such a thing happened during the Ren Ci scandal.... I believe that pr0n was found on one of the computers of the staff when the CAD barged in to investigate. So it got tagged on.
