and also figure out how to watch movies off a HDD or any USB device through my DVD player

i had a twitch just under the right temple for a week...
i had 4 days of a lot of liang teh and it went away.. the chinese sinseh philosophy is that too much heat causes muscles to tighten a little bit too much, and not only stiffness happens, sometimes twitching too...
it worked for me..
