I only wear my specs when I have to stare at the comp for a long time, since my myopia's basically only in one eye ......

Cramp can be caused by yr nerves along yr spine being pressed by yr bone or somethingBecause when you fall, there is a chance the nerve could have slipped between your spine and now it is applying pressure on it thus affecting your legs

That is why I keep suggesting an MRI
sounds a bit like my problem. one of the nerves behind my knees which runs thru the calf was blocked/damaged so it wasn't sending signals to my brain. hence i couldn't feel the ground and kept falling. -
