we're west of the wallace line ....
but the wallace line is more of a terrestrial, rather than a marine demarcation ....
lots of marine species you find in the south pacific can be found all the way to west africa and the red sea ....
and tiger shark has a world wide warm water distribution ...

I always head to the east coast food centre when I touch down ... you may want to do the same ...

With global warming and whatnot, the ecosystem and seas have probably gone whacko. That's my reasoning for the "discovery" of this species and that species not usually found around here.

oh, tiger sharks, big sharks, have always been found around local waters ....
they are just not that common ....
most of then have been turned into shark's fin soup by now ....
