What is the source of the stress you are experiencing?
The MP3 player might help with the sleep, but it's not going to address the underlying problem of the cause of the stress.

Take note of what might have changed in your usual daily routine--that might clue you in to the source of the stress. Are you experiencing any problems at work?
If nothing's changed in your daily routine and you still have trouble obtaining a good night's sleep, a visit to the doctor might be in order.

you know for some people, in their casual emails, they sound so formal. and you know they don't 'speak' like that in real life. it's just kinda weird for me when i read their emails...because i can't quite imagine them speaking to me in that way in real life.
did that make any sense...? hehe
