I hope u like to eat that coz the soluble fibre in them is very good for reducing cholesterol

I tend to just eat Oatmeal with a bit of Maple Syrup (not the flavoured ones thank you very much) :P

Yeah I've been using Maple Syrup as a sugar substitute and it is very rich in trace minerals
Plus the sugar is supposed to not enter yr blood stream like sugar does and easier to digest
