  You're right about the very mundane content during a baby's birthday party LOL     Talking-eating-playing.  I figure I only need someone to cover the event, nothing fancy.

  I just got a scam call

  This company called Jardin Smith called up about some investment in property in London and they have some kind of launch at the Ritz Carlton over the weekend

  I did a quick check on the internet and apparently they are a Land Banking company and some of the land they offer is Greenbelt or Greenfield land which some comments are saying that there is likely no planning permission anytime soon.

  And some comments were that the company is liquidated in UK -_-"
