The risk of downloading is, if it messes up halfway, the video will be corrupted. But they should have a download link which will last for a week or so. After you pay, that is.
Download legally = Pay
Download illegally = Free

electronic forms of payment other than credit cards are pretty much a failure. imagine it costs more for both the merchant and the customer to use non-cash forms of payment. like fucking nets charging 4%. a lot of shops I go to have stopped accepting nets. its credit card or cash only. one only accepts cash and cheques. -

The shop owner insisted that I withdraw the money and pay in cold hard cash - all $1400 of it. I had to give him a big wad of $50 notes.
No way in hell was he going to pay money to NETS..... 4% of $1400 is no small potatoes.

people should just stop choosing to pay by nets too, get debit cards and use the CC payment facilities instead.
