hmmmm should i start a site to track the band's progression?
at least it gives the members something to look forward to.
problem is that i don't know what to use. a blog? facebook? myspace?

ok i'm creating it
tomorrow will be our first official jam session
the music will be recorded, i will record video on the digi cam
hopefully everything will turn out alright so i can paste the recorded music into the video.

actually you can just create an artist page with myspace or facebook also.you dont have to get all the band members to have a facebook/myspace acc to start with.myspace is more efficient in bringing across music and stuff to the masses,imo.

facebook artist page need to have facebook account to see or not.

the heat finally broke.. it was hotter than heck a while ago... even after the initial shower.. it just "extracted" the heat in the solid surfaces....

facebook says i can't upload music that isn't mine
so if we cover songs, means i can't load it up???

hey.. in the US, a coffee shop got sued by RIAA for using the radio..
it's copyright.. so if you don't own the rights to the song, you gotta pay royalty or something like that.. not sure what the laws are like these days

I had a really lazy Sunday today.
I just finished up my term paper and did some admin stuff.
Otherwise I spent the rest of the day just napping and reading the articles at cracked.com.
Because from tomorrow onwards..... I'll be on all-out exam revision mode. And I still have experiments to do on top of that.

Speaking of youtube..... it's becoming more and more irritating.....
After they had that fall-out with Warner Records, quite a number of music videos that I once was able to access are no longer accessible.
So it's like.... there are no avenues for legal downloads, and my streaming options are limited as well.
Gimme the chance to download DRM-free songs at a fair price, and I'll gladly pay.

the stupidity is that the more they 'protect' the songs, the more the hacker out there will put out things to defeat the DRM

maybe ask gasband .. where he loads his music .. but i think his band uses myspace and he got facebook group too ..
