  back from skin doc clinic...

  She says i have sensitive skin, eczema and pimples outbreak. When i treat sensitive skin, i will have pimples outbreak. The main reason for this outbreak - stress, dust, air. Got nothing to do with seafood (which means i can eat seafood) BUT strictly no squid or sotong. And if i am allergy to any shell fish, i should refrain too...which is my favourite - Clam

  YAH ...can eat seafood but no clam (aka la la) which ish my favourite, eg clam chowder, stired fried spicy la la etc....
