no ... I think the grievances are pretty real ....
this is not just about the rural and the city folks, it's also about the poor masses and the ruling elite ... and also ... the "native" khun thais and what they perceive to be recent chinese migrants ....
thaksin is actually a loaded name for the chakri dynasty .... they got onto power on the backs of another man named thaksin a few hundred years ago, if anyone remembers secondary school history ...

Absolutely wrong thing to do. Gotta lie low for now. As it is, staff at regional offices ie Sg, HK have taken pay cuts and they're are offering no-pay leave to anyone who wants to take time off to "rejuvenate". Better solution is to get hitch to some rich sod! Hahaha!

Phew.... the ankle pain I had during my run last night turned out to be an all-out sprain.
Guess there'll be no more running for the next few days.
Since I can't run, I just did some Pilates stuff I found in Runner's World, along with some crunches and push-ups..... I've actually been neglecting all that stuff.....

Tried Pilates once or twice. Just ain't my cup of tea. The breathing is the exact opposite of yogic breathing. Too difficult to avoid confusion hence I gave up. But I gathered it's pretty good for the core muscles.
