Yeah, well, I think I'll hit the exercise bike in the gym tomorrow. Surely that can't be bad for my ankle.
Anyway, my last paper's on 5th May. The first one's on 30th April.
Gotta get back to revision now. Seeya guys.

i figure breathing is good
i had a go at Pilates before.. it was fun
but i much prefer stuff like bowling for exercise
btw.. who's up for bowling one of these days?

Outta curiosity, how heavy are those bowling balls? I'm guessing there are different weights given diversity in body frame.

children use the 6lb balls.. some use 7lb..
then adults use anything from 8lb to 16lb

When you guys start bowling? Somehow I never got into the groove of it growing up or in uni. Was too engrossed with school etc.

i started doing the bowling thing in uni.. at about 2am on weekdays, we'd go to the alley where it's about A$1.50 a game a long time ago..
we'd just go hurl a heavy ball down the lane...
i gotta get myself back to bowling shape again... and with my old 14lb reactive ball again too

I like dark chocs. Been wanting to try the bitter ones but no one seems to have bought it so far and I can't possibly finish an entire box on my own.

Ah well at least our people aren't in Bkk now; no need to charter private jet to bring them back. Though I pity our local staff there - they can't just leave.
