I guess I can go swimming.....
Just that it's a lot more of a hassle (especially since I don't live near a pool), and time is of the essence for me....
With running, I can be ready in five minutes flat whenever I feel like pounding the pavement.

If you're still experiencing the condition on hot days even when you're using the cream, perhaps your doctor needs to prescribe something more potent.

going to apply it after bath... cos on hot days, it flares up very quickly and unknowingly - cos it does not itch -
