Heard Buddha Bar opened in Jakarta but was forced to rename the place. Never been to one in Paris or any others. What's it like? Golly I feel so numb from the firefighting at work today.

How ironic, given that Buddhism reached Java well before Islam.

Eh i always thought it was Hinduism, Buddhism then Islam. Yeah was surprised that they actually renamed the place to placate the Buddhist in Jakarta. Chef at Home is on.

Their MiniStar's suggestion that it'd prompt other people to start Islam Bar or Christian Bar was inane. There doesn't seem to be anything unusual though - that segment of the population isn't given to rioting.

lower back has a knotted muscle.. which i start to feel now that my neck is better

Lower back pain ain't fun, and it seems to be more common nowadays given the sedentary nature of most service jobs in which people are sitting for most of the work day. I get it from time to time too, and regard it as an indication that I need to get up and move around more often, and/or exercise more outside of work hours. -

yeah.. i'll go stick a plaster there..
thing is, i get it because i sit around due to the work instead of getting up occasionally when the workload isn't that heavy

I've found that even a bit of walking around at regular intervals helps to stave off back pain. Even short walks to the restroom or to a colleague's office to discuss work-related matters in person (as opposed to just exchanging e-mails) help, if it's done on a regular basis.What helps for me is the fact that my office is on the eighth floor and I never use the elevator.
