The bad news: My stamina is shot after two weeks of inactivity.

According to the pedometer..... 5:40/km.
But I definitely can't sustain that for one full marathon.... if I can maintain 7:30 throughout, I'll be over the moon.

may be investigated by the stewards...
anyway, both in 19th and 20th

I can actually handle the heat..... but the humidity is killing me!

yeah.. i conceded defeat and turned on my clunky aircon..
i need to clean it again..
the last cleaning job made it a lot cooler

aircon on, ceiling fan and also an air circulator type fan in my room...
it's hot as heck
