Especially since it was spent without proper authorization.

when you're registered with the registry of societies, it becomes a different story, it's like running a company then, while the money may not have gone into your own pockets, but if you mis-use it in contravention of the society's constitution, then you're in trouble too ...

It's also about the same bunch of people saying "fuck civil society", using deception and force to take over a public organisation rather than engage in dialogue, debate and compromise.

Hello Kitty and Doraemon are good friends.
One day, Doraemon was terribly upset about some thing and went to rant and complain to Hello Kitty.
There was several times, that Hello Kitty wanted to interuppt the rant but couldnt. Hello Kitty then walks off in a huff.
Why?
because Hello Kitty has no mouth.
Then Hello kitty manages to have plastic surgery and implanted a mouth. She then goes to find Doraemon to rant and complain about the things she has always wanted to tell Doraemon.
She sees Doraemon, tells her grandmother and auntie stories, to no avail. Doraemon just does not even borther to turn around and pays attention to her.
Why?
Doraemon does not have ears to hear.
