tat's dessert lah... very light and smooth...main i had hokkaido seafood (with sea urchin) rice set (the one with the pot and timer thingy)... shared some sushi (i had ONE salmon sushi)...

Luckily, he didn't buy any of the bullsh*t in that seminar..... and I don't think he's on speaking terms with that friend any more....
Honestly, I'd attend one if I was invited to it. It would be fun to introduce chaos into the seminar by pointing out all the scientific fallacies of 'alkaline water' and 'magnetic bangles'.
