new Japanese restaurant at Illuma... they seem to serve everything in there...
and the waitresses are dressed in some kind of weird Japanese version of the French maid type dress..
Illuma looks nice... we ultimately went to Empire State for lunch..

So how do you rate it...especially the squid ink pasta?
I was thinking of trying Sazeriya at Liang Court...having read the reviews I'll just avoid the tomato soup porridge aka "seafood risotto".

it's okay.. not as good as Ma Maison.. which uses cuttlefish ink..
the rest of the stuff.. pretty okay... i like it..
they have this superhuge burger on sale there too..

I wonder how Fudge is doing. Loading up on carbohydrates is one thing, but keeping energy levels up in the evening is another. Even Formula 1 drivers have to re-time their meals and training for this sort of thing.
