  I'm back. Went for a ride on the cable cars, handled pythons and got lightly seared at the beach.

  Hi All,
  
  We will be having a degustation menu at Chako restaurant this Friday. I have specially asked Obasan to come up with several of her special dishes for us to try. Should be around $30-$40 per head. If you have read the blog, you would know that this lady specially cooks every dish for her customers, so you will have to wait for your food. But I am sure it will be worth the waith. The restaurant can only accomodate 20 and it is already half filled. So please sign up and I look forward to meeting you!

  Chinatown.. i think you gotta wait a LONG time coz they make it from scratch...

  in the meantime, you can order other stuff from other stalls like big head carp head, fish guts, prawn paste chicken, and from the other side of the hawker centre, pork jelly...

  had pork ribs with bittergourd.. it was good stuff..

  No need to think. Just go with Bear and Zora for the claypot etc.
