steamed fish.. uhh.. i have no craving for it coz mom's teochew... we eat steamed fish all the time...
steamed pomfret, mullet, big head carp.. all kinds of steamed fish...
if plain eaten with tau-cheo, chilli and lime, is very very nice
but mostly the teochew way with strips of kiam chye, tomato, shiitake mushrooms and a sour plum or two..
