I'm quite cynical about Singapore Idol 3.
The past two SG Idol competitions were more like popularity contests instead of talent contests. SG Idol 1 has Sylvester Sim and SG Idol 2 had Joachim Gomez, who both made it far into the competition only because lots of female fans swooned over them.
I can still remember how Sly Sim butchered It's My Life in the grand final.....
Basket, listening to a chicken getting slaughtered would have been far more melodious than that....

i don't watch those.. and in the AI, only coz there was a rock guy who could turn almost any song into a rock songbut when he was voted out, you could see the shock and confusion in everyone's face! including Jay Leno-lite!

i watch the idol show yesterday nite.adam has stage presence but very theatrical performance.. good for rock rock type..
kris is good for commerical in terms of voice... CD ALBUM.. which they are interested after the competition...
