in other news, a delicacy known as "Snake Bite Chicken" has been taken off the menu in China... where a chicken is bitten by a poisonous snake, allowed to die then is cooked...

In other news, I think my friend was traumatised by the human and vehicle traffic last night...if not, I'm sure the pushy restaurant owners along Serangoon Road did the job.

and in other news, who designs the smrt uniforms? the new one is just as revolting as the previous one.
and it must be a slow news day when the pap times devotes space to an article on inconsiderate commuters.

the weirdest thing in today's pap times was this photo of a SCDF officer taking part in selection trials for their emergency response team (or something like that). she was named in the caption and they even mentioned that she dropped out of the trials after the 4th station.
hmm. someone working in the pap times must really hate her. :P

eating on trains and buses can be seen in places like the US too. people I know complain about them.but interestingly, its always the asians doing that.

They're exactly the same colour as the uniforms worn by the hawkers and janitors in one of the uni's canteens! This morning though I was surprised by the amount of money I saved (with added convenience) by taking the Circle Line home from instead of switching to a bus at Novena.
