that's what I'm thinking. I'll forget about the part of her going clubbing the night before and sleeping the whole day through. But how did the boy even end up in the pail and why didn't she secure/tie the kid up b4 sleeping given the obvious dangers?
You get idiot parents all the time -_-

piangz.... a kid is not a dog, u can't tie him up lah...
a toddler should nvr be let alone unsupervised at all time... the report stated he 'played' with water in the pail in another incident, so he prob went to play and fall into the water... a kid will always be a kid...

actually I was thinking about one of those leash things. those that wrap around the body. I remember I saw some pictures of that.
either way even tieing up the child wold have been preferable to him drowning.... or maybe that was the idea ![]()

just wondering, normally, if u have kids at home, more so if he is just 11 mths old, shouldnt he be put in a baby cot or something like that? haiz.. the baby is so innocent..
btw, be out of topic for a while, just wanna ask, before my 20 posts, i am not allowed to post again within 5mins?
just wait a while.. after the 20 posts, you can post away.. only 30 second intervals to prevent mass spamming

those leash is only for walking the kid (sounds like walking the dog) -_-" it's to prevent the kid for making mad dashes everywhr and prevent them from falling forward... it's NOT the way to keep a kid at home... i repeat, a kid is NOT a dog...

tie up is temporary measure till you can get an enclosure I guess *shrug*
anyway both parents appear to be unemployed. I bet it was thei parents that was helping to foot the bill. I sort of support means and eligibility testing for kid rearing.........

chill la ..
i think the enclosure that hisoka was talking abt is what they call a play pen ..
put the child inside and the kid can play w/o the danger of running around the house..
