I don't follow STOMP at all .. so when I read this, it really cracked me up .. Common sense will tell you, that if there is a FULL sign outside a carpark, it means its FULL of cars!!

Looking at all those posts on so-called 'motoring goondus', I can't help but be struck by one thing....
Quite a few of those pictures were taken by STOMPers using their camera phones..... while they themselves were driving.
