it's a horrible day.. 1st it's horribly hot... 2nd it's horribly painful!!! my neck was hurting last nite, i zapped it felt better go sleep... tis morn when i wakes up, i can't even bloody turn my head!!!

is it when you try turning your head, the pain/strain is from head to neck to shoulder ?

yah it's painful neck down.... i have to zap so tat i can get out of bed... i can't even lift my head up when i was laying down >.<

same like me last week and the week before.
and the pain/strain is giving you a bad headache right... >.<
its painful!!!
are you in office ? if yes, the nearest i think the si-ma-lu guan yin temple
or chinatown....
if not, can go yu ren seng at plaza singapura.
till todate after the ba-guan, i am still having the strain and pain....

oh ya .. I want to complain... I had macdonalds breakfast the other day, with someone.. I ordered it with coffee, my friend ordered it with tea. Both sets also cost $2.50 ..
At that time, Mac said $2.50 for breakfast and you get premium coffee.. but the tea hasn't changed to a premium tea, its still lipton tea bag. Why on earth are they charging me an extra 50cents for!?!

they're not charging you extra, they're just being nicer to coffee drinkers

nope at home... cos i can't move and it hurts alot just to get out of bed..how to walk the usual 10mins to mrt when it takes me like 10mins to get to the bathroom?
tat time macgangbang i went clementi one, neck was okie after the very horrifying tui na session... i hope tat same guy not at chongbang branch later!!!!!
