Just got back from the funeral.
Turns out that my uncle had advanced stage lung cancer.
On a personal note..... I don't think it's a coincidence that he had been a smoker for as long as I can remember.....

patches hates the stray cats in our neighbourhood .....
the cats know patches can't get at them through the fence .... so they'll just stand there, barely out of reach .... taunting her, while she barks furiously .....
