I can't sleep too. Just finished a call. The auditors came back with their results of the data checking. Some snags here and there. Gotta discuss with boss tomorrow.

This just happened on the main road outside my house about 15 minutes ago:
I was working on my computer when I heard the distinct sound of two vehicles impacting each other. Went outside and saw that a minivan had t-boned a sedan at the intersection and that the latter had caught fire.
The cops arrived within a couple of minutes and the emergency vehicles followed about a minute thereafter. It helps that the police and fire stations are just a mile down the road from me.
That intersection isn't particularly busy, but the road from my housing development turns onto a major thoroughfare with a 55 mph speed limit. If you can't time your merge with a suitably large gap in the traffic, you could be in trouble.
I'm hoping there weren't any serious injuries in this accident.

We got a fair bit of rain over the past few days. Last night, a tornado touched down in the town of Austin, about an hour south of here, and most of southern Minnesota is currently under a tornado watch, meaning conditions are ripe for the formation of tornadoes.
We'll be happy to send the moisture over, but you'll have to deal with the tornadoes too.

Ifinally managed to get my thai shopping list completed.
Now to wait for confirmation, whether I can replace someone in the Hair for Hope thingy.
Then need to source for a place to stay or really do the fly into sg in the morning, fly out in the evening stunt.

And that was only because I was forced to be part of the marching contingent.
