i went to see chinese sinseh... he got a few advise for our skin eczema control.
1. be cheerful...
2. brisk walk slim down, help bowel and intestine movement... remove toxic after erhemm..sh....ting (go toilet often, let go...)
3. drink lots of water..
4. no oily food. (which is hard for me).
5. sleep early ie..before 11pm... oki.. i am going to sleep in 20 mins then..
