ask another agency a simple question, they can taichi within their agency until it goes one whole round and back to them.. then just dismiss it with a "our department does not deal with this issue" when no one bothers to answer.. and it is their issue!

Like I said, when he was the Prince of Pop let his music and slick dance moves do the talking, he was king. Will You Be There and Heal the World were my favourite songs, and I can still remember the awesomeness of the Thriller mass zombie dance.
But, no..... he just had to get all weird.....
The sad thing is, even in death, people think of him as more of Wacko Jacko, Prince of Clown than as Michael Jackson, Prince of Pop.

i also scam-ed one of those teddies for my couz. mine was a construction workman teddy since at that time, the hotel was undergoing some reno/refurbishment. -
his later music were far better. moonwalker, beat it, etc...
