Apa repair damaged heart?
They're talking about a handheld AED to jump-start the heart.
On top of that, all medics will have to carry a PDA containing the medical history of every personnel.

let me see... it's called chest seal
even e FAD would be replaced by EFD
AED?
i remember when i put in a suggestion to my side to install at least one AED in the building, it was rejected outright because the assholes who had to buy the thing, said that they were afraid that "people who are not trained may injure victims"
actually, they were just lazy bastards
There's even hemostatic dressing - dressing which has chemcial to stop wound bleeding
check this out...
new toaster..
LOL
honestly how 3G SAF goes, e people's mentality never changes. Talking abt medical, there are still ppl ended up combat fit though they aren't
because SAF desperately needs manpower.
one long term implication of the declining birth rate is security. less and less guys available for the SAF to exploit, meaning our armed forces keep shrinking until its no longer as good a deterrent as it used to be.
its like we could have 6 million people on the island in the future, but our army will be only half the size it used to be because most of the people will be foreigners or 1st generation PRs.

Well, that's something people fling in the gahmen's face when told to have more babies.
the stop at 2 campaign is a good one...
however, the need for structural changes in how we go about things hasn't been addressed by any of the gabraments in the world...
they talk a lot of shit in the UN but nothing is done... i bet the greenhouse gases thing uttered by the G8 will be watered down by the corporates taking advantage of the loopholes until it's not going to be worth shit...

the UN is pretty useless really. countries have been taking unilateral action and all the UN does is to talk and voice its disaproval on deaf ears.

I already have. And this is our future:
And living in this way we shall have much greater need of physicians than before?
Much greater.
And the country which was enough to support the original inhabitants will be too small now, and not enough?
Quite true.
Then a slice of our neighbours' land will be wanted by us for pasture and tillage, and they will want a slice of ours, if, like ourselves, they exceed the limit of necessity, and give themselves up to the unlimited accumulation of wealth?
That, Socrates, will be inevitable.
And so we shall go to war, Glaucon. Shall we not?
Most certainly, he replied.
mmm.. reading abt e offical decision in M'sia to stop using English to teach Maths & Science..
ppl reminded abt MM Lee's word abt M'sian politics... today say 1, tml say 2

it seems inevitable but no one seems to want to fix this.. and it can be fixed..
