You're not alone...I made an effort to sleep earlier last night (2am, well by my standard.. it's early) but turned and tossed till 4am....
Woke up 6.30... 2.5hrs of sleep...

Well, I sleep about 2 - 4 hours daily.. but I always try to clock an hour of nap during lunch
