  here's a pretty common one but it's weird in its own way... and it's local too

  they basically spit water with amazing accuracy at its prey to knock it into the water where it's eaten...

  here's another deep sea horror..

  known only through a single caught species with a fricken long scientific name and no "common name", it looks like a squid with teeth.. it's actually "folded lips" but they look like teeth

  check this out..

  it's the Hawaiian Happy Face Spider!

  

  it's very very small, only about 5mm and found in Hawaii...

  pretty cool as the mother spider cares for the young frequently catching prey for them..

  Granrojo Jellyfish

  

  and you thought the Nomura or Lion's Mane Jellyfish is hardcore..

  this one, also known as The Big Red, grows up to about 3 metres across.. instead of a lot of stinging tentacles, it has 3 to 7 fleshy arms.. no one even knows how it eats..

  the first thing i associate with is the smell of strawberry from the farm...he he he...and not to salty fishy seawater crab...smell.

  The MalayanBox Tortoise. Used to be a common here but now being edged out by the introduced Red Eared Terrapins from pet trade.
